Lone Wolf Personality, Career Adapt-Abilities, Proactive Career Behaviors, and Life Satisfaction: A Serial Mediation Analyses through the Career Construction Model of Adaptation

The aim of the study is to test Career Construction Model Adaptation (CCMA) in university students (N = 406). 319 (78.6%) participants are female and 87 (21.4%) male. Lone Wolf Scale, Turkish Five-Factor Short Form Adapt-Abilities Engagement Satisfaction with Life Scale were used as measures. Hayes' models for mediation analyzes research model. It was tested a model which adaptive readiness (i.e., lone wolf personality) foster career adapt-abilities, conditions adapting responses proactive behaviors), leads adaptation results life satisfaction). indicated that indirect effects personality readiness) on satisfaction adaption results) via adapt-abilities (adaptability resources) behaviors responses). Results supported all hypotheses relations between CCMA.
